WOPiXX Installation – Error when restoring the SAV file

After starting the installation using TIM, using F10 in the status display an error appears when restoring the Install file. What do I do? Die Installation mittels TIM ist gestartet, zeigt jetzt aber unter F10 in der Statusanzeige an, dass ein Fehler beim Restore der Install.-Datei aufgetreten ist. Was ist zu tun?

Normally TIM would handle the error, delete the file and request a new download. If that does not happen and the Order is displayed in the ERROR status, do the following:

 

  1. GO TIM
  2. Menu option 1 check status (in case the installation continues to run, don’t intervene)
  3. If WOPiXX is displayed in the ERROR status, end SBS using option 27.
  4. If the file TMS_WEBINS appears in the library TMSTIMDTA, delete it.
  5. Delete  the defective file INST_WOPIXX_020000.SAVE in the IFS directory /TMSTIM/install.
  6. Use the following link to manually download this file (576mb) and place in the stated directory
  7. http://www.toolmaker.de/download/temp/tmstim/INST_WOPIXX_020000.SAV
  8. Menu option 2: choose task CHANGE_ORDER using 1, then choose WOPIXX INSTALL_PRODUCT using 1, at the end select 9 and reset the ERROR status to OPEN
  9. Use menu option 26 to start SBS.
